The autonomous navigation market is exploding, driving a growing need for cost-effective high performance navigation sensors. ANELLO has developed a solution to meet this need, with a category-disruptive Silicon Photonics Optical Gyroscope - SiPhOG™. The technology, developed by ANELLO, utilizes an on-chip waveguide manufacturing process, integrated with a patented silicon photonic integrated circuit. Together, these enable Fiber Optic Gyro performance with a standard silicon manufacturing processes.
ANELLO has developed an ultra low-loss on-chip waveguide manufacturing process with all the benefits of Optical Gyro performance integrated onto a silicon photonic circuit platform.
The dimensional volume is significantly reduced compared to a traditional FOG while maintaining the low-drift in challenging environments
The integrated silicon photonics solution substantially reduces the cost compared to traditional FOGs of equivalent performance.
